About the Event
At this wider exhibition Neoteric Dance Company will be sharing one photograph that symbolises peer support, alongside sharing our new film 'Through Her Eyes'
DWD will be teaming up once more with Mind to support The Art and Community Engagement Award in association with Peerfest. DWD will be promoting and arranging an exhibition of artworks at the event with the theme of Peer Support.
We have three key objectives. Firstly to raise awareness of the importance of peer support in helping those with mental health issues.
The event will also help promote local artists through providing exhibition space to display and sell their work. See list of artists included in the event.
Through raising awareness of mental health issues we hope to provide a greater understanding of the daily challenges they cause.
